    Went to their biggest Night Market, Shilin - wall to wall people, never seen so many people in one place!

    Shin Kong Dept Store and Taipei's famous underground shopping mall is just three minutes away via the metro, while Ximending, with its street culture and night market, is only two stations away on the west bound train.

    This is fine for a one-off visit, but if you want to do a lot of shopping in Taipei 101 or need to be in the business district around the World Trade Centre, then you might consider the Grand Hyatt hotel and report back to us about the curtains and bedside lamps in that hotel!
