    Instead of the usual "no room" reply; I was advised that it might be possible but the new room will be a standard room instead of the deluxe version I am currently booked on.

    The service was uniformly excellent, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was gorgeous.
