I was amazed by the little amenities I kept finding even after 3 days stay - the usual stuff like ironing board, minibar (reasonably priced) etc, right down to paperclips, electrical adaptors and computer cables in the drawer.

Despite having some great amenities (Complementary mobile phone, complementary breakfast, snacks, free internet throughout the hotel), and a fairly comfortable room, I found a few of the staff to be curt and irritable at times, and not altogether knowledgeable of their own city when asked for suggestions (i.e.

The amenities in the room are excellent - and the hotel also provides tea and coffee in the library, just beyond the foyer, which is a very nice touch.
