The rooms were very comfortable, beds were great, housekeeping excellent, very clean, location good (walking distance to main railway and the old town, tram stop also very close by), internet service fast and reliable.

The only complaint is that breakfast was very expensive, but this is typical for Switzerland, and hotel staff will try to accommodate breakfast options.

Hotel had no bellman when we arrived so our luggage sat outside on the curb of a major road until we moved it ourselves.

A final example is the sloppy breakfast service; no eggs available at buffet at 8:30 am, and request of a poached egg took 45 mins instead of the promised 3 minutes.
