From my perspective it was terrible place, but hotel is located in good location for old city tour but a bit far (about 15 minutes) from a beach.

We stayed in Don Curro at the very beginning of July and only for a couple of nights, but that's exactly enough to see Malaga and for that Don Curro's location is perfect.

Rooms are clean and the general feel of the hotel is friendly, however if you're looking for a quite stay - better find somewhere else...

Excellent Location and very good value for money, hard to find whilst driving unless you know the city.
