however proximity to the mall is good and so do not eat at the hotel which can be expensive - just hop into the mall and there are tons of good restaurants on level 2

This hotel is in a good location near to downtown and many major shopping malls as well as the airport.

It is right next door to the Marina Square and The Suntec Mall, and it was great to just walk 5 mins and be in a enormous shopping mall!

but this one stands out on all accounts: excellent service, extremely friendly and competent staff, nice pool, great gym (new state-of-the-art machines), very good bar very convenient location, across a nice mall where there are lot of nice places to eat, close to the singapore eye (highest in the world, not for the faint hearted!
