Once we went into our new room he had arranged for snacks, boxes of soft drinks, baby/toddler food, boxes of bottled water, cereal, an xbox for my son to play with, kids dvds, kids books and toys to be placed in our suite to make it as comfortable for us as possible - all complimentary.

Rooms are well-equipped with the latest electronic equipment and excellent quality toiletries, though their standard TV remote still remains a mystery to me as I always end up struggling with it.
