Guest Reviews of Fairmont Hotel Singapore Based on a 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) rating system

Fellow travellers take note , Singapore is not good value for money any more.

stayed here for the F1 GP - great location for that and for the rest of the city as it seems to be half way to everywhere (most of the sites, business distrcit, shopping, Clarke/Boat Quay) - lobby is nice - check in was quick - staff friendly - room was ok - good size bathroom - they were a bit stingy with the towels though - balconey a nice touch (i think all rooms have one) - pool area very pleasant - though little airflow so boiling hot even for Sing - Ink Bar a little disappointing, a bit clubby for the clientle - breakfast was good on the Exec Floor - had some in room dining which good but portions a little miserable - overall the staff were excellent - though a little pricey, reasonable value for money all told
