    PROS: Very efficient recovery of jewellery left behind in hotel; free room upgrade in South Tower; nice swimming pools to unwind after flight from Australia; very efficient and pleasant service; child friendly; very good breakfast.

    The swimming pools were gorgeous, and although we didn't use them we were very impressed with the tennis courts and gym.
