    It had your usual business hotel amenities--internet access (which was expensive), iron and ironing boards, heating kettle, an alarm clock that doubled as a control station for the lights, A/C, TV and Radio (the tv plays the radio) and a complimentary shoe shine service.

    Think the hotel is a typical business hotel but does a very good job for such a large place.

    It's connected on the first 4 floors to Raffles City Mall and also has a large conference centre, so the lobby area is constantly busy and it's not a hotel with public ares in which you can relax.
