This was my 2nd stay at this hotel and I found out the staff are more friendly and the customer service was very excellent!

The Royal Hotel Newton Road is in a very good location handy to Newton Circus which we always visit and close to the main shopping area of Orchard RoadOur room was clean and very spacious and the food and service were excellent.
