    Well equipped, clean room, ours was on the 14th floor, quiet, luxurious bathroom.

    Downsides - I went to the spa for a massage and was kept waiting for nearly 20 mins, to get to the pool and spa areas you have to go outside, which isn't great if it's raining, spa is not luxurious and definitely overpriced for the setting, which is a bit tatty.
