Our stay was almost perfect great staff except for one chinese lady who's very irritable at breakfast buffet.

Good hotel, excellent location on Orchard road although can get a little busy.

Staff courteous, the only down side is the speed of service now matter how much you do to prepare they take forever to check you in and out so leave at least 20 / 30 min to check out.

The hotel is placed at an excellent & beautiful location which is easily accessible by all local transport.

Despite room service being rather expensive, this hotel has a great location, excellent customer service, and you can't beat the views and the food up at the Chatterbox during their morning brunch(revolving restaurant on the 39th floor).
