Our stay was almost perfect great staff except for one chinese lady who's very irritable at breakfast buffet.

Staff courteous, the only down side is the speed of service now matter how much you do to prepare they take forever to check you in and out so leave at least 20 / 30 min to check out.

Despite room service being rather expensive, this hotel has a great location, excellent customer service, and you can't beat the views and the food up at the Chatterbox during their morning brunch(revolving restaurant on the 39th floor).

Service was generally extremely courteous but there was an exception at the reception desk on one occasion regarding which I made a comment in the hotel's own survey at the end of my stay.
