We arrived early 11am but check in was at 3pm, the staff simply apologised that our rooms were not available and as we had a long haul flight from the uk they simply upgraded us free of charge to their luxurious executive suites so that we could rest immediately.

It does have a pool but it wasn't very nice in truth although the hotel itself is quite luxurious.

PROS: i would say its a real value for money, considering it is perfectly located; luxurious ameneties and great service CONS: just minor - sink was a bit clogged.

The hotel has a premium location for Singapore visitors as it is placed at Orchard Road next to Takashimaya.
