Freshly prepared seafood including our Sushi Bar counter is the best catch from this menu. If choosing a wine presents a problem, our sommelier will assist in pairing the most suitable wines to the menu in any of our restaurants. Ristorante Bologna (Level 4) With an Italian Masterchef, your taste-buds will be tantalised by the finest Italian cuisine. Whether it be rich comfort food or traditional pasta, or the warm wine glazed over a rack of lamb, you are sure to find a palate pleaser.
