it is very expensive really but I have to say the staff are very helpful at all times.

Quite disturbingly, the bathroom facilites were not cleaned between use, why the entire faciliy was not the most pleasant experience as one can imagine.

For a five star hotel the concierge service was mediocre.

No one goes the extra mile and for the amount of people in the hotel there are not enough staff.

Two weeks before staying here we stayed at the Atlantis in Dubai this is also a 6 star hotel however the service is amazing people are tripping over to help you.
