After paying up so much and having a premium room I would expect a lot better customer service.

This I suppose was thoughtfully catered to the taste of the tourist majority of Chinese from all over the region, drawn to the exciting going-ons of the casino and luxurious retail offerings at this marina-fronting integrated resort.
