I would like to add that the cleaning staff were very friendly and efficient, they could easily replace the bar staff.

The reception was very efficient, however, we were not pleased with the service in the bar, the staff were very cold and unfriendly, and didn't appear to like their jobs.

The staff are also most helpful and attentive, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

If you looking at this review then you have made a very good choice, the hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff were great, very basic room but comfortable and clean.

Breakfast (if you want to pay $18-$22) has poor offerings and morning staff were grumpy.

So this hotel compared to other hotels in Singapore might be fine but comparing with other Asian cities the price is very expansive and services are not amazing.
