You were lucky that your hotel still at least have very courteous and helpful staff like Kiran who arranged for a room change for us.

At S$400 per night ( we stayed two nights), breakfast was not inclusive, the hotel was under maintained and the rooms were not as new as compared to the rest of the neighboring hotels.
