Sheraton Jeddah is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, room was clean and tidy with espresso machine, however, Taxis are not available inside the hotel but rather you would have to stand outside to get one which is not convenient especially when with family.

the suite balcony was dirty (cigarette and food remains) ,also the bathrobe was dirty (brown color with very bad smell).
