Our experience was hit or miss: the man who greeted us when we arrived was attentive, professional and helpful; the woman attending the desk at night and early morning is what I call your typical ""nail polish watcher.

Free internet wi-fi and a computer in the lobby, the staff is just outstanding and most helpful, the breakfast buffet is excellent.
