TV kept coming on during the night, aircon very poor, bathroom flooded, poor TV, tried to overcharge by 1 night at checkout.

We ate at the pool bar twice, very nice food, ate at the Italian Job Restaurant, food and service was fantastic, highly recommend the Chicken and Mushroom Fusilli, it was to die for!

There are 19 restaurants in the hotel so you don't even have to leave the hotel to enjoy an excellent meal.

I upgraded to the executive level for several reasons: I had client meetings at the hotel + I needed the convenience of food and business services at all hours.
