The Pavilion Hotel was in a good location with service and facilites without question and also provided great value for money.

I would say the rooms are a little tired but the rooms are priced accordingly and overall excellent value for money.

We stayed in the cheapest room (Garden Bungalow at $40) because it was all they had available and we found it good value.

All in all though, the Garden Cottage is excellent value and this is definitely a hotel worth seeking out.

The Pavilion is definitely worth the money if you're looking for a nice place in Phnom Penh.

there were always good value tuk-tuks outside and you just needed to negotiate firmly to get a good rate.
