Mansour Eddahbi Description

The Hotel Mansour Eddahbi and Palais de Congres is a neo-Moroccan style hotel with terracotta faade, located 1.5 kilometers from the old town and the Koutoubia mosque. The hotel is just one kilometre from lively Djemaa el Fna square, and is set in five acres of tranquil gardens, within which are no less than four swimming pools.

Guestrooms have either European or Moroccan-style decor, with balconies or terraces overlooking the pools and gardens, and photos of Marrakech on the walls.

The 441 guestrooms and suites of the Mansour Eddahbi are set across six buildings set around the hotels extensive pool and garden area; each building is named after a North African personality or landmark.

Standard Rooms are decorated in shades of ochre and beige, with sepia photographs of Marrakech and carved wooden bedheads and wardrobes. Marble-tiled bathrooms have bathtub/shower combinations, hair dryers and toiletries. Ground floor rooms have small terraces; other rooms have balconies.

After breakfast guests can browse through the complimentary newspapers in the lobby or take a dip in the outdoor pool which is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. The hotel also has a children's pool. The fitness center includes a gym, massage parlor, jetted spa, Turkish bath and sauna, and the hotel also has its own hair dresser and on site shops.

The hotel has five restaurants. At La Palmeraie guests can enjoy a range of foods from an international buffet. The restaurant features light decor with pink and blue pillars and is decorated with plants. Dining takes place indoors or on the terrace. Le Cesar serves a range of Italian cuisine alongside an extensive wine list. The restaurant features striking blue pillars, walls with frescoes, floor-length swag curtains and tiled flooring. At Al Bahja guests can enjoy a variety of Moroccan specialties amid Moroccan style decor with terracotta pillars. This restaurant also offers nightly entertainment. Le Viennois is a Moroccan Jewish restaurant where guests can sample kosher delicacies. The poolside restaurant Le Rendez Vous features a series of interlinked Moroccan style huts and serves grills, sandwiches and salads with evening barbeques in the summer. The hotel also has two bars: L'Octogonal is a piano bar located in the palatial hotel lobby and serves a wide range of drinks.
