dirty bathroom with a hole in the ceiling full of cobwebs and dust,and seeing as we choose to book this hotel and pay more to not have any bugs in our room, bingo we got want we didn't want.

The lighting was poor in the rooms, the beds were very soft (dont even think about using one of their extra beds that are so droopy you couldnt possibly get a good night's sleep on one) and the rooms are not very spacious.
