The hotel is modern with numerous pools and very central in Patong Beach but set down a long driveway so still relaxing.

When first arriving we were taken into the huge lobby, which was very modern and spacious, the front desk ladys took us to the holding room where they brought us cool towels and a drink.

) The rooms are not particularly modern but have everything you need for a comfortable stay (we stayed 8 nights), one thing to note is that although ‘street’ noise is not heard dependent on where you are located you could be effected by noise form the live band at the adjoining restaurant or from what I think is the laundry facility of the Banthai We did have a problem with the air conditioning when we first arrived however it was repaired within 10 minutes of a call to reception.
