Excellent Location, good sized rooms with balconies, great breakfast and in the heart of the Patong beach good italian resturant, great hotel for families as they have family suites with kids areas and PS2 s in the room great value for the money !!

We had most of our meals in the hotel restaurants and all were good value and beautifully cooked and presented, especially the local Thai food.

Ended up paying the extra 300 baht p/p for breakfast buffet after taking a look and seeing it was worth it.

The Busakorn restaurant where we also had good value breakfast included in our stay does great Thai food and Lobster.
