The location was great, the comfort levels were great, the departure left a bad taste in our mouth as we were told that a couple of laundry bags were missing and we were suspected of taking them with us.

Beautiful location right in the middle of Patong Beach, on the beach, but the hotel restaurant/club was extremely noisy.

Although, it's only a few blocks from the nightlife central on Bangla Road, the moment you step onto the hotel property, you've transported yourself back into the ultimate serene surrounding.

I would say that this was the best hotel for the location as it was literally 3 minutes walk to the main nightlife on Soi Bangla.

Spa treatments were great, the Sala Bua set menu was amazing, the room was immaculate and so gorgeously decked out, location was ideal and the staff, although most knew only a limited amount of English, were really lovely, always helpful, always polite.
