PROS: good location near bangla road and about 5 mins from shopping centre/10 mins from beach.

Reasonable hotel in good location for beach and nightlife, however major downside was inability to make external phonecall from room - had to use reception which gives no privacy and is very difficult due to open plan reception close to busy road.

A VERY GOOD LOCATION NICE AND HELPFUL STAFF ROOMS VERY CLEAN FOOD AND DRINKS IS FINE VALUE OF MONEY IS EXECELLENT I THINK THIS THE HOTEL I WANT FOR MY NEXT TRIP TO PHUKET
