    The hotel, a few low level buildings, is set around an old manor house surrounded by lovely gardens with spectacular views from the swimming pool terrace, over Funchal and the sea.

    The hotel is situated on a hillside, and from the large swimming pool, you can sit at tables on a patio eating a light lunch and admiring the wonderful view of the whole bay of Funchal below.
