   You had to pay to have a clean tea or coffee cup in your room and the advertised snooker table had no balls and no one apparently knew if they were going to be replaced, no mint in the bar to make mohito's and having been given some from our favourite restaurant Le Jardins, in Old Town, the bar staff stated they did not have time to make it!

   As this is a large hotel with facilities set on several floors - a bit more signage would be useful for the newly arrived guest.

   As for the food, our half-board package provided us with very good buffet breakfasts and evening meals.

   There is some discussion as to 4 or 5 star status and its true the rooms are a little small (and noisy by the road) and sometimes its quicker to get something yourself rather than wait for room service.
