The front door and front desk staff were rude and ignored non-white guests while stumbling all over each other to serve any white person that happened by - guest or non-guest.

complain to the front desk and asking for refund,which they did give me a different room,on top of that i stain there towel coz i have a monthly period that time they charge me for staining there towel,i think the service is very poor,not accomodating for the costumer side,is not my responsibility to wash and clean the towel which i used and stain,is there to used is there responsibility to clean it up is part of the service they need to provide for the costumer,i think you need to emphasized this to the management as your costumer if you valued me as one of your costumer.thanks.

PROS: our booked room was not available at our arrival, but they gave us a better room (suite) immediately without extra rate.
