The front door and front desk staff were rude and ignored non-white guests while stumbling all over each other to serve any white person that happened by - guest or non-guest.

The rooms were nice and the air was cold everything we asked for they got us I do not really know how long it took but for us we were never holding people to a stop watch lol.
