    The Ballroom is nice but the service of the banquet staff is horrible, it seems that everything we ask for them is NOT AVAILABLE.

    The place is definitely over priced with unhelpful or don't-know-what-to-do-with-your-request kind of staff.

    and did i get a discount for a smoke-room while i wanted a non-smoke room NO the room was with very old carpet, small badroom, it looked a room in the 50-60's of the nineteens...

    My wedding reception at the ballroom of marco polo davao was a complete disaster and shame to my visitors due to the lack of quality of food served and the unsystematic and very slow service.
