    The receptionist staff especially are very arrogant, they think this is the best hotel in the world but they are wrong - it's the worst!

    The personnel were not particularly friendly, the room was small (i had a room for 3, supposedly), and it took nearly 20 minutes to get a taxi in front, because of their security and hailing method.
