    The street outside also a great location to watch the 71st Araw Ng Davao (71st Davao Foundation Day) three and a half hour street parade.

    Yes, it was clean, and the staff was semi-friendly at best, plug your dollar in the Grand Meng seng, downtown also, but you cant beat the rate for which you get a breakfast at about 30 USD.
