    Shower in the bath looked very nice however when we try to use it the iron pipe get pulled out of the wall and almost became an accident Hotel staff are kind and helpful..

    the services are poor, the rooms has no safety deposit box(my friend lost his mobile phone in the room), there has no boatman if you want to go to their island beach(this is included in your payment) on weekends, front desk staffs are not friendly.

    Another thing that also compounded our frustration was that when we first arrived it was just my husband and I there and 3 Korean couples so service was quite skimpy - which did not bother us too much, but when a few Europeans started to arrive suddenly the pool was being cleaned every morning, nice music was being played at breakfast etc.
