The room you will book MAY BE FOR MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE depending on the availability and the number of people in your group. There is no smoking rooms.

This inn is suitable for both short and long stay, as it is close to most of the tourist spots or shops necessary while your stay in Kyoto. The dorm rooms are separate for males and females.

Facilities include car parking(1000yen per night), showers, pay-washing machines / pay-drier, public phone for domestic and international call, etc.

We don`t take reservations for the bikes.

The rented bike must be returned by 21:00 strict, otherwise another 500yen will be charged.

No curfew
The front door is locked after midnight, but there is a side door that stays open 24hrs.
Please ask the staff for that if you need it.

If you don`t show up by 21:00 without telling us, we will consider you are not coming and your reservation will be cancelled. You need to CALL us(not E-mail) in case you will be late to check in, otherwise you will not get a bed.

Please be noticed that you are supposed to take care of your valuables.

No meals are served in the guesthouse. There are grocery stores and convenience stores near us. There is a bank nearby where you can exchange US $ and travelers cheques (US$) for JPY. Open Mon.-Fri. 9:00-15:00.

We recommend you to go to Nishiki-Ichiba, a market street, known as Kyo-no-Daidokoro, the kitchen of Kyoto for food. It is also worth just visiting. There are many foods you can find only in Kyoto there.

Payment for room is accepted by JAPANESE CASH ONLY and it must be made when you check in.
