The Bulgari Resort and Spa Bali was designed by architects Antonio Citterio and Partners for Bulgari and is a contemporary interpretation of traditional Balinese style using typical local materials. Fifty-four spacious one bedroom villas of three hundred square feet each are decorated with Balinese antiques and feature Italian bedding in the large bedroom, a dining room, library/study, open-air living room, two separate bathrooms and dressing rooms plus an outdoor terrace with private plunge pool. Amenities include color satellite television, compact disc and DVD players, in-room coffee and tea service, international direct dial telephones, safe deposit box and both wired and wireless high speed Internet access. The remaining four villas are three two bedroom luxury units of five hundred square meters each and the Bulgari Villa: a sixteen hundred square foot unit with three bedrooms, a home theatre and separate apartment for staff. All villas overlook the sea.
