Teh room was warm and toasty the oil heater had been turned on for our arrival - what a treat.

There is no air conditioning (I guess Wellington's climate doesn't really call for it), but the front desk supplied a fan upon request; between that and the open window everyone was comfortable.

The room condition is good as it is clean and well maintained.

The staff were very efficient and friendly and the room was very clean and neat - and very important - you had enough tea, coffee and hot chocolate - which helps if you have to work through the night - which I had to do
