Only problem I had was with the front desk staff - they called me shortly after midday on the day we were leaving, wanting to know why I hadn't checked out.

The hotel itself is quite small, located on the Terrace but there is a lift that guests can use which takes you right down to Lambton Street, handy!

Reception staff were very average in their manner towards us - I usually experience a much friendlier style of welcome at hotel receptions..
