Front desk staff were extremely helpful and when I requested some soy milk for my tea and some information about local church times, a staff member was up to our room within a few minutes with the milk, a map of church locations and handwritten note detailing times etc.

The hotel staff was very helpful especially the evening manager who provided very patient assistance to one of my traveling friends who can be quite exciteable.
