We were very happy with the room, the bed was extremely comfortable and whilst we didn't have views of the harbour, we found the location and accessibility to Lambton Quay a real plus.

THE MAIN ATTRACTION FOR ME WAS THE HOTEL'S CENTRAL LOCATION, HOWEVER MY ROOM WITH HARBOUR VIEW WAS WELL APPOINTED AND VERY CLEAN.

The room at first glance was clean but either the previous occupant or the maid had long black hair as we kept on finding it everywhere; on the towels, the bathtub and bedroom floor.
