    Staff were generally courteous except one lady (who is a little bit taller than the others) at the reception who was a bit up her nose when she talked to me (not a very good reception when you drove six hours and be greeted like that).

    The service was mediocre in the lounge - where breakfast was served, and in the restaurant which caters more for the 'eat as much as you can buffet ' than for a la carte.
