Liked: - The Location, just off Lambton Quay - The Staff, super friendly and efficient, definitely the best in WLG - The Pool Area, good indoor pool / spa and sauna - The Bed Disliked - Rooms could do with a freshen up - Lack of amenities for an Intercontinental.

We had a good massage here (though in a makeshift converted storage room, it was still pleasant) and outstanding breakfasts via room service.
