    A neighboring guest's dirty lunch tray was left in the hall all afternoon (at least from noon to 6 pm) despite hotel staff members being in the halls at that time.

    We were upgraded to a club suite which included afternoon tea, drinks & nibbles in the evening and a lovely breakfast the next morning...

    The hotel's buffet breakfast was ordinary - I ended up asking them to whip me up a bowl of oats (or what they would like to call porridge) for most morning as there is only so much eggs and sausages you could have.
