    We particularly liked the extra amenities (lovely takeout meals delivered to the room by restaurant staff, a latest movie channel on the TV (pay per view) a well stocked bar fridge and confectionary selection (although a little pricey).

    It's location isn't great for being near nightlife as it's a bit of a walk from Courtenay Place and Cuba Street.

    It was the recommended hotel, close to our conference venue, but unfortunately our stay was disappointing.

    We were on the 9th floor and had a birdseye view, through FILTHY windows, of the Post office building and its workers sitting at their desks...

    The room service "take-in" meals are not worth the money, however the buffet breakfast is very good.

    The valet parking staff do there best to control things but basically it is just a major design fault with this hotel which bar demolishing half of the foyer to create a drive in entrance will always be very problematic for users.
