The windows are floor to ceiling, but look at a blank concrete wall, dirty and with birds nesting only inches from the windows.

The hotel also has low wattage bulbs in those rooms and the decoration is also dull.

The view was poor- with a lot of light blocked by the drive into the hotel- but my friends, in a two bedroom suite overlooked the Quay so it is the luck of the draw.

Other than that, I wish there had been a tub (it only had a large, walk-in shower), and there was no view to speak of from the 1st floor, but the location was great (right near the cable car and 10 minutes' walk from Cuba Street and Courtenay Place), so overall we enjoyed our stay there.
