The lifts are not new, the building itself feels a little bit '60s, but the interior of the room is very modern.

The rest of the place is pretty nice - the furniture is all pretty modern - there is a big lcd with many channels in the lounge area - and a smaller one in the main bedroom - the bed in the main bedroom was reasonably comfortably but overly so in a worn sort of way.

Desk staff was very nice, and the room decor was very modern and sleek, with recessed lighting, a large dining table and a big flat-screen TV with DVD player (bring your own movies).

The hotel is very conveniently located in downtown Welllington, and the apartment was modern and comfortable.
